What kind of businesses can use Waverez®?

Is there a setup fee?
There is a $300 refundable deposit that refunds back in the form of booking fees. Check out our pricing page to learn more.
How long does it take to setup?
That can depend on many factors, but generally it takes 2 weeks from start to finish.
Can I still use my current credit card processor?
We use the authorize.net payment gateway, which is one the most widely used payment gateways in the industry. If your processor does not offer a connection to authorize.net, please contact us.
Do I have to pay a commission for every online booking?
For every online reservation, there is a 2-3% booking fee, depending on your desired features. We highly recommend you pass this along to your customers.
Is it easy to use for someone that isn’t computer literate?
Yes, it’s very easy to use. A support rep will assist in setup and training. Plus, there is a support portal that offers support topics as well as access to our support team.
Will I be able to use it without internet?
The program will only be accessible through the internet at this time. We do support mobile devices as well, all accessible through the cloud.
Does my business have to be local?
Absolutely not! We offer setup, support, and training virtually to help your business succeed wherever you are.
