Can I turn it off during the months we are closed?
We allow you to put your account on “dormant”, which you can still access records, but you cannot make or accept online bookings.
How is the booking volume calculated for each business?
The booking volume is calculated based on the total amount of reservations made both internally and online
What kind of businesses can use Waverez®?
Waverez® can be used for many types of businesses in the Watersport industry. The reservation system was developed and tested in a live environment of Pontoon and Head Charter boats. Tour operators gave feedback of how the system was being used and how they would like to see a reservation system deal with Watersport specific reservations. The programmers went to work, and that's how Waverez® was born.
Can I still use my current credit card processor?
We use the authorize.net payment gateway, which is one the most widely used payment gateways in the industry. If your processor does not offer a connection to authorize.net, please contact us
Do I have to pay a commission for every online booking?
For every online reservation, there is a 3% booking fee.
Is it easy to use for someone that isn’t computer literate?
Yes, it’s very easy to use. A support rep will assist in setup and training. Plus, there is a support portal that offers support topics as well as access to our support team.
Will I be able to use it without internet?
The program will only be accessible through the internet at this time.
